Delete your data
MyClippy has no account registration. Here is how to remove local app data and request deletion of support correspondence.
Stop sharing first
Pause sync on every device and disable automatic copy. A request already sent cannot be recalled.
Erase Android app data
Open MyClippy → Settings and help → Privacy & data → Clear local data and confirm. This stops sharing and uses Android’s app-data reset. Alternatively, use Android Settings → Apps → MyClippy → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall MyClippy. These actions remove the app’s private settings, saved session credentials, retry queue and installation identifier. You will need to set up the app again.
Remove copies on other devices
Quit desktop MyClippy to clear its in-memory session history and hosted transfer events. Clear each operating system’s clipboard and clipboard-manager history separately. Delete any copies you pasted into other applications. Resetting one installation cannot erase another device or revoke its already delivered content.
Delete support correspondence
Email intelligentiastudios@gmail.com from the address used for your support request with the subject “MyClippy data deletion”. We will verify the request using that correspondence and remove records we control unless retention is required for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation. Do not send identity documents or clipboard content. Email-provider backups may persist under the provider’s retention rules.
Website analytics
Use Analytics preferences in the website footer and choose No thanks to stop future optional collection and remove this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Clear your browser’s site storage to remove the saved choice. This does not automatically delete previously collected records. Contact support for a request concerning information already processed; do not send clipboard content or identity documents.
No account to delete
The current MyClippy pilot does not create a user account or store clipboard content on an Intelligentia Studios cloud server. This page provides local-data and support-data instructions; it is not an account-deletion form.
